“A huge huge thank you for making the music on our wedding day as wonderful as ye did. The singing and music in the church was amazing- so many people complimented it after the ceremony. But the singing and entertainment at the reception was unbelieveable- as many brides, I was worried that people wouldn't enjoy themselves and would be sitting around during the night but I think the only time people got off the dance floor was when ye took a break yourselves. “I really enjoyed the Annual Dinner Dance of Muintir Mhaigh Eo Gaillimh last Friday night in the Galway Bay Hotel. The Mayos really know how to let the hair down especially when they hit the dance floor to the mighty tunes of the “Jive Buddies”. The range of music especially, from the ‘60s and ‘70s of this Galway band was simply fantastic, peppered with such modern gems as “The Joyce Country Ceili Band” and the now obligatory “Galway Girl”! ”
